Employees Should Anticipate Parking Impacts on Thursday & Friday

UK employees should anticipate potential parking impacts on Thursday and Friday, as the result of two planned campus events. These events require that some parking spaces be reserved, removing them from normal availability.



Thursday, October 26:

• 28 spaces in the Med Center Annex #5 Lot, located on Veterans Drive across from Kelley Hall

Friday, October 27:

• 28 spaces in the Med Center Annex #5 Lot, located on Veterans Drive across from Kelley Hall
• W.T. Young Library Visitor Lot
• 100 spaces on the third floor of Cornerstone Garage
• 28 spaces on University Drive Southbound
• 17 spaces on University Drive Northbound

Events include a "Kentucky Can" campaign event and groundbreaking ceremony for the new Health Education Building.



Employees should also anticipate additional traffic in these areas and plan ahead for alternate parking arrangements.
