Wildcat Wheels Bicycle Library

The Wildcat Wheels Bicycle Library (commonly referred to as Wildcat Wheels) is a nationally-recognized educational resource that provides free bicycle use and repair assistance to UK students and employees.

In July 2025, Wildcat Wheels moved into its new and much-improved location, on the first floor of the Sports Center Garage, located at 721 Sports Center Drive.

Wildcat Wheels has two main components:

A bicycle library that takes abandoned bikes from campus and reuses them in the rental fleet, and
A student-run bike shop to assist with and teach bicycle maintenance and repair.

All services provided by Wildcat Wheels, including bicycle rentals, are available to the UK community free of charge. It's a great resource for students and staff who choose to ride their bicycles to campus!

The Wildcat Wheels Bike Shop has recently moved into its new location in the Sports Center Garage, located on Complex Drive.
