Approximately 19 spaces in the Huguelet Drive ADA Lot will be unavailable through mid-July due to a steam piping project in that vicinity. Work is expected to begin as early as Monday, May 9, and last for approximately 60 days, weather permitting.

Contractors will block the parking spaces (highlighted in yellow) to begin installation of steam pipes at the corner of Rose and Huguelet after spring graduation.

Displaced ADA permit holders are encouraged to consider parking in the Orange Lot and riding the campus Orange Route buses directly to healthcare facilities or the Blue Lot utilizing the Blue and White routes, which provide bi-directional access to the broader campus. Accessible parking spaces are located immediately adjacent to the bus shelters and provide a convenient disabled accessible alternative.

If these options don’t meet your needs, please contact our campus transit leadership who will review your access needs and work with you to develop a customized plan.

If you have questions about ADA parking as a result of this project, please contact UK Transportation Services by phone at 859-257-5757 or by email.
