Our Customer Service Center is Open
UK Transportation Services’ Customer Service Center has reopened to walk-ins from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. For your convenience, most of our services are available online or by telephone, and should still be used as a first option. However, we do understand that there is sometimes a need for in-person office visits due to the complexities of individual situations or the urgency of need.
The Customer Service Center is located in the Press Avenue Garage (PS #6), at 721 Press Avenue. Please note that the health and safety of our customers and staff are our highest priority and therefore we have instituted special office protocols during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. If you do need to walk-in, please enter the facility through the garage entrance, rather than the front door, to allow for social distancing procedures. Signs are on-site to direct customers to the correct entry and exit doors. In addition, customers are asked to wear protective masks and to maintain at least six feet distance between each other when waiting in line. If you are feeling unwell, please choose our convenient phone or online options instead.
To minimize wait times and personal contact, a walk-up customer express pick-up window is available for those who have purchased their permits online or over the phone and need to pick them up in person.
In addition, UK Transportation Services will offer extended hours from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 20 and June 27 to assist customers in getting parking permits prior to July 1, the start of the 2020-2021 permit year. The Saturday hours are intended to assist UK students and employees who are unable to visit the office during regular business hours.
Services such as annual parking permit sales and renewals as well as single day permit sales are available online during certain times of the year.
