Contractors will begin installing air handler units on the Healthy Kentucky Research Building early next week, which will require that a crane be stationed in the Press Avenue (E27) parking lot.

Forty-two (42) parking spaces, plus eight (8) ADA-accessible spaces adjacent to the building will be blocked to allow for safe staging of the crane.

The ADA-accessible spots will be temporarily relocated elsewhere in the lot to allow those with accessibility issues the ability to park there. Any affected permit holders who are unable to find a parking space in either E27 lot will be authorized to park in the Gazette Avenue (E26 Lot) on Monday, Jan. 27, and Tuesday, Jan. 28. The Gazette Avenue lot entrance is accessible off Gazette Avenue.

Work on the Healthy Kentucky Research Building is expected to be completed by close of business on Tuesday, Jan. 28.
