Student Permit Lottery
Students who currently have a residential periphery (RK) or commuter periphery (CK) permit but would like to upgrade to a residential (R) or commuter (C) permit may submit a lottery request online, provided eligibility requirements are met.
Lottery drawings are typically held two to three weeks after the beginning of each semester and notification is sent to lottery winners via email. When joining a waitlist, please be sure to review the list, ensuring that your number one pick is your top priority.
If you have questions or need more information, please call 859-257-5757 or email UK Transportation Services.
