Upcoming Traffic & Parking Impacts: 3/17-3/21

Parking and traffic will be impacted on campus next week due to several planned events. Please see below for additional details:

•  The Beam Institute Industry Conference will take place Monday, March 17, through Wednesday, March 19, at the Gatton Student Center. This conference is expected to attract up to 1,000 participants. Please anticipate additional traffic in Cornerstone Garage (PS #5) on those days. The Gatton Student Center Visitor Lot will also be reserved for attendees. Impacted employees with E-intermediate permits may park in other north campus areas, including the Memorial Coliseum Lot, King Alumni, Linden Walk, Career Center, and Scott Street area lots.
• Merit Weekend will take place Friday, March 21, and Saturday, March 22, in the Gatton Student Center. Please expect additional traffic in Cornerstone Garage.
• The Gatton Student Center will host Governor's School for the Arts attendees on Thursday and Friday, March 20-21. The student center lot will be reserved for this event. Please anticipate additional traffic in Cornerstone Garage, as well.
• The Gluck Equine Research Foundation Board Meeting will take place on Thursday, March 20, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thirty (30) employee spaces in the Gluck Lot will be reserved for attendees.
