Wildcab Vouchers - Temporary Service Hour Extension
For this weekend only, Wildcab Vouchers will have extended service hours on Sunday, April 7th, from 3 a.m. - 11 p.m., to support student participants in the DanceBlue Marathon. Wildcab Vouchers is a late-night on-demand student transportation partnership with Uber, offering students a voucher for discounted Uber rides.
Temporary Extended Service Hours:
- Friday, April 5th
10 p.m. – 3 a.m.
- Saturday, April 6th
10 p.m. – 3 a.m.
- Sunday, April 7th
3 a.m. – 11 p.m.
How to Sign Up:
Complete the Wildcab Vouchers Enrollment Form located on this page. This information will be transferred to Uber, and students will receive a welcome email with a link to add the voucher to their Uber account wallet for use during program service hours.
The designated service area includes all of Fayette County, making this program useful for all UK students, including those who live off-campus. However, students are responsible for any amount over the initial $10 when redeeming a ride voucher. Driver tips are extra and are the financial responsibility of the student. Additional voucher terms and conditions may apply upon redemption.
Wildcab Vouchers continues Transportation Services and UK Student Government Association’s commitment to promoting safe and responsible late-night transportation decisions. Wildcab Vouchers is a program launched in the fall of 2023, which offers UK students a voucher for discounted Uber rides. Eligible students can receive up to ten $10 ride vouchers per semester. This partnership program between UK Transportation Services, UK Student Government Association, and Uber replaces the previous Kentucky Wildcab service.
Vouchers expire at the end of the spring semester, but students will be able to sign up for the program again next fall. For complete details, please visit this page.
