East Maxwell Lot Scheduled for Closure

The East Maxwell E-intermediate parking lot is scheduled to close on Saturday, January 31.

This 58-space parking lot has been leased by the University since 2008, and is located at 169-175 East Maxwell. The owner recently notified the University that the property will no longer be available.

Impacted E-intermediate, E-academic, and E-VA permit holders should plan to park in alternate areas beginning February 1. Nearby options include:

• Warren Court Lot
• High Street Lot
• Memorial Coliseum Lot
• Cornerstone Garage (PS #5)
• Scott Street Area Lots
