Upcoming Parking & Traffic Impact
Several events taking place next week on north campus will impact parking and traffic in that vicinity.
The James W. Stuckert Career Center will hold HireBlue Career Fairs in the Gatton Student Center next week. The student center visitor lot will be reserved for attendees from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Permit holders should also anticipate increased traffic and demand for parking in Cornerstone Garage.
Career fairs include:
- Engineering, Computer Science & STEM Fair on Tuesday, February 25.
- Business, Communications, Liberal Arts, All Majors Internship Fair on Wednesday, February 26.
- Design Career Fair on Friday, February 28.
In addition to the career fairs, the OperaLex Spring 2025 Opera Preview Luncheon will be held at the Singletary Center for the Arts on Wednesday, February 26. Forty (40) spaces in the King Alumni Lot will be reserved for attendees that day.
Impacted employee (E) permit holders have access to several north campus parking areas, including:
- Cornerstone Garage
- Memorial Coliseum Lot
- King Alumni Lots North & South, located off Linden Walk
- Schmidt Lot, with an entrance off Rose Lane
- Linden Walk Lot
- Scott Street area lots
