Upcoming Impact on Patterson Drive

Patterson Drive is scheduled to be closed to traffic on Monday and Tuesday, July 21-22, to accommodate several deliveries of roofing materials, as well as the installation of a crane. The roadway will be closed from the intersection of Administration Drive to the Lucille Little Fine Arts Library dock entrance. The Singletary Center E-Intermediate Lot located off Patterson Drive will remain accessible from Rose Street. The Little Library dock entrance will also remain accessible.

Sanitary Line Relocation Work to Begin on Upper Street

Contractors will begin utility work on Upper Street near the Peterson Service Building and Cornerstone Garage as early as Monday, July 21. Upper Street will remain open, but traffic lanes will shift throughout the project. On-street parking in the area will be limited, as those spaces will be temporarily repurposed to support traffic. Motorists should expect possible delays and exercise caution while traveling in the vicinity.

🚲 Wildcat Wheels is Moving! 🚲

We are excited to announce that Wildcat Wheels will be opening a new bike shop in the Sports Center Garage!To prepare for this transition, our current shop in Blazer Hall will be closed from Monday, July 14, through Friday, July 18. During this time, we will be relocating to our new address at 721 Sports Center Drive. During this time, if you need basic repairs, please schedule an appointment by contacting us via email at wildcatwheels@gmail.com.

William T. Library Paid Lot Closed: July 16-18

Contractors will be paving the William T. Young Library Paid visitor parking lot beginning Wednesday, July 16 - 18, weather dependent. Signage will be on site, noting the lot closure. For any questions or further information, please contact UK Transportation Services.

Traffic Impacts: Sports Center Dr. & Complex Dr. 

Contractors will be moving equipment through Sports Center Drive to Complex Drive between 2:00 AM and 10:00 AM on Thursday, July 10. Equipment will not block traffic, but delays may occur.  *Please exercise caution in the area and anticipate slowdowns during the morning hours. Boone Center Lot to be Repaved

Contractors are scheduled to mill and repave the Boone Center Lot. As a result, it will be unavailable for permit holders starting this Thursday evening, July 3. This lot, which has 81 employee intermediate parking spaces, will be closed through Friday, July 11.
