Riding a campus bus for the first time can cause anxiety for some first-time students who have limited experience riding public transportation. But the process of using UK’s campus bus system couldn’t be easier.
The University of Kentucky, in partnership with the Lexington Transit Authority (Lextran), operates several campus bus routes designed to make it easy for students, staff, faculty, and visitors to quickly access the entire campus.
Campus bus routes are denoted on the bus marquee, so there’s no confusion as to which bus you’re boarding.
